- The room rates are subject to applicable government taxes, which are sixteen percent (16%) per room per night.
- Our check-in time is 14:00 Hrs. In case of arrival after 18:00 Hrs, rooms will be subject to availability unless guaranteed. For check-in before 08:00 Hrs, the previous night will be charged.
- Our check-out time is 12:00 Noon. Please note that fifty percent (50%) of the room rent will be charged for late check-out between 12:00 Noon and 18:00 Hrs. After 18:00 Hrs, a full night’s room rent will be charged.
- All non-guaranteed reservations will be held on a tentative basis, subject to availability, unless guaranteed by a valid credit card, company letter, or advance deposit.
- Confirmed reservations must be canceled or amended at least 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid one-night no-show or cancellation charges. Cancellations should be submitted in writing to our office. In the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged 100% as per agreed rates.
